Unit Sizes and Monthly Rates:
- 5x10* = $48/month + $50 deposit at signup**
- 10x10* = $72/month + $50 deposit at signup**
- 10x15* = $82/month + $50 deposit at signup**
- 10x20* = $95/month + $50 deposit at signup**
- 10x25* = $110/month + $50 deposit at signup**
- 10x30* = $132/month + $50 deposit at signup**
- 10x40* = $160/month + $50 deposit at signup**
- 12x40* = $190/month + $100 deposit at signup**
- 20x30* = $250/month + $100 deposit at signup**
- 20x40* = $320/month + $100 deposit at signup**
- 20x85* = $680/month + $100 deposit at signup**

** The deposit and a $20 key deposits (both refundable) are due at the time of signup.
Rental payments are due on the 1st day of each month. We do NOT send out billings. A $20 late charge is added
after the 10th of the month.
IMPORTANT:
CUSTOMERS MUST GIVE WRITTEN OR VERBAL NOTICE BY THE 15TH DAY PRIOR TO VACATING IN ORDER TO RECEIVE DEPOSIT REFUND OR BE
CHARGED THE NEXT MONTHS RENT.
NOTE: Customers must provide their own padlocks. It is recommended that customers have their own insurance because Shakopee Mini Storage DOES
NOT cover Tenant's stored property.
